First let me introduce myself. My name is Rebecca and I live in Australia with my partner and our beautiful 5 year old Samoyed named Evie.
I have a psychology degree and have personally been effected health wise by prolonged stress which inspired me to start this blog so other women don't have to go through what I have been through. I have been obsessed with self help and development, affirmations, yoga & meditation for the longest time and I can't wait to share that passion with you on here. I think our generation of women are faced with more pressure than ever before, as much as we have more rights than the women before us and body positivity movements are gaining momentum each and everyday social media has us wanting to look a certain way and have a picture perfect life, literally. We compare ourselves to others daily and feel the pressure to be a #bossbabe and be #hustling 24/7 and you know what girl, let's be honest that just isn't sustainable! You can't burn the candle at both ends you need to look after yourself!
Over on Instagram I share daily posts on positive mindset, mindfulness and just all in all giving you hints and tips to help stay positive and cope with the stress that day to day life throws our way.
On this blog I will be posting on Stress, what are the causes, what are some health symptoms you may be suffering from but most importantly how you can cope with stress and hopefully reduce it as much as possible.
I am so excited to start this blog and build a community of women that are mindful, empowered and confident in their own skin.
