5 Stress Free "Success List" goals

Hopefully you caught my last post on success lists and how they can help you to reduce stress and overwhelm, if you haven't had a chance to read that blog post just yet I highly recommend that you do!

Today I wanted to talk about how important it is to have no pressure or stress free items on your to do list. It is so important to prioritise time for you and your self care and self development in your day and what better way to do it than by adding this as a goal in your planning or adding items just 1 simple item for you to your daily success list.

Below 5 ideas for stress free or no pressure success list items

1) Set healthy boundaries

2) Accept what is and let it be (accepting I cannot control everything)

3) Control my response or reaction when under stress or pressure

4) Ask for help (communicate my needs and abilities to others with confidence)

5) Don't feel guilty for saying no

There are so many other stress free or no pressure success list items that you could add such as self care, mindful movement, mediation or breathing exercises all of which would be really helpful to keep you conscious of not taking on too much, slowing down where possible and keeping on top of stress and overwhelm.

This is a nice and short blog post today, but a really powerful one with some implementable steps for you to take to get one step close to reducing your stress and overwhelm.
